Alberto Del Rio walked in and said he would like to take out Edge in that case. Rey Mysterio showed up and said he also wanted a shot at the title. Teddy Long said that if Kane doesn’t resurface by the PPV on Sunday, Edge, Del Rio and Mysterio will fight in a three way match for the World title. With some outside assistance from Alex Riley, the Miz focused his offense on Mysterio, slowing down the match. When the Miz missed a running knee, Mysterio performed a series of moves that landed Miz in the ropes, setting him up for the 619, but Riley quickly pulled him out of the ring. Not to be stopped Mysterio drop kicked both men on the outside, and dove onto Riley on the outside. Distracted with Riley, Mysterio lost track of the Miz who clotheslined him on the floor. Back in the ring, the Miz attempted to pin Mysterio, but Rey kicked out. The Miz continued his offense, until Rey surprised him with a DDT reversal of the Miz’s offensive maneuver. Rey then surprised the Miz with a flying body block and attempted a pin. When the Miz kicked out, Rey continued his offense but the Miz was able to shove Mysterio in the corner and assaulted him with punches and kicks. The Miz backed up and ran into Mysterio with a sitting clothesline. Miz followed that by going to the top, but was tripped up by Rey who then jumped up on the Miz’s shoulders and flipped him off the ropes. Rey threw Miz into the ropes and attempted the 619, only to be tripped by Alberto Del Rio who had just shown up to ringside. A distracted Mysterio was surprised by knees to the chest from the Miz, who was able to pin Rey. Del Rio got in the ring and attacked Mysterio. Beth Phoenix and Natalya came out and brought a gift wrapped table and slid it into the ring. Then Lay Cool said that a tables’ match is a men’s match, and if they look like men, they should wrestle in the men’s division. Phoenix and Natalya then said they would put Lay Cool on a table and Lay Cool inquired as to how they will do that. Beth tore the wrapping off the table to expose a cartoon pair of witches resembling Lay Cool. Mysterio went after the Miz, but as Rey was winding up to shoulder block Miz in the corner, Miz moved and Rey flew into the steel post. The Miz tried to take advantage but Edge countered with a DDT, and went for the pin, which was broken up by Del Rio. A camera in the back showed a group of people lying on the ground and Kane exiting the room they were in. In the ring Rey hit the Miz with the 619 and as Edge went for the pin, Kane came out to the ring and attacked Edge.
