Archaeology Item Lore Description: “You have found some scraps of a cowl fashioned out of a wolf’s head. And yet, for all its simplicity, you suspect that this item is old, important and powerful.”
Uses for Headdress of the First Shaman: An excellent midterm item that can be used while leveling your characters, since its bind on account statistic means you can mail it to other characters you are grinding up. Beyond this, its use allows you to place a marker pretty far away that switches your view to the target location. You cannot move your character (who stays where he or she was) while in this vision, but you can do things like jump and dance without breaking the vision. Feel free to watch yourself goof around or find more practical uses like looking ahead in a dungeon or raid to scout things out. One of the more useful effects of the artifact items.
Completed Project Lore Description: “The origin of shamanism among the orcs remains a mystery. As far back as orcish history has been recorded, shaman have been mentioned. This simple headdress seems ancient beyond time. Its creator and original wearer have been lost to history.”
