You will definitely need a flying mount to reach him as of the shattering, having moved from his prior location, however still existing in the game. Ruffled Chaplet and Wolfpack Medallion are two unique items that drop from only this npc in World of Warcraft. In addition, this npc can also drop various items, including random uncommon items from the world drop tables. The unique drops make this npc somewhat contested over, so it may take a few passes or more to find this creature.
