So everyone needs some relaxing time, sometime to just chill and not to worry about anything. You can call it being lazy if you want but everyone has those days or moments when they need a rest. Let’s say when you’ve worked a full week straight with it any time for your self you must be waiting for one. Let’s say that your day off is the Saturday. So what can you do on your day off?
There’s plenty to do on your day off or on a day you “just want to relax” but the most important thing to, do is do something that makes you happy. You can do something that’s time consuming or something you really need to get done but you really need to enjoy your day, and your chill day.
Things to do on your day off..
Your day is your day, so spend that valuable time doing the things that you want to do. You need to be able to till when you are having, your chill day, or when you can have it. If you have homework one night you can’t say this is my night and not do it you have responsibilities and things to do. You can go ahead and get things done before declaring that it will be your chill day.
Every day is a new adventure and a new beginning is what they would tell you. As , much of this is true you need to remember that every day is yours and no one can take that away from you.
Way`s to relax..
Way`s to relax are simple and easy. One way to relax is be comfortable, come home from school or from work and change from those cloths into nice soft clothing that you enjoy wearing. I usually come home and wear basketball shirts and my regular t- shirt. I am comfortable enough and not dressed completely down, like to pajama`s or PJ`s for short.
Watch some television, with your comfortable clothing on it. Take the day off by wearing comfortable clothing, and watching some cartoon`s for an hour or to. Watch show`s that you have never even seen before, or even heard of. Make it interesting and see how many show`s you can watch with out falling asleep or getting so bored. Also something you can do , that can make your self enjoy and have fun on your own chill day , is have some special snacking time. I love cookie`s there my favorite thing in the world, so when I have a day off, or a resting day I eat cookie`s and watch television most of the time it`s anime or something on the television.
Enjoy your time because it is your time and have some fun. Relaxing is healthy and everyone needs to do it so take a chill pill. This will help you with everything and you deserve it. Enjoy it.
