I don’t like to use the “d” word but Sharon Newman is about as looney as one can get. How can a woman love a man that stole her child, gave it to another woman and allowed her to grieve for her dead daughter; logic and maternal instinct would not allow for such behavior? Sharon and Adam are living together in the house she received as part of her divorce settlement from Nick. In the house that just weeks ago, she invited her ex-husband and brother of her current lover to move into.
Sharon has used too much peroxide to lighten her hair. As she and Adam were enjoying their day, a Special Agent appeared at her door to question her about the circumstances regarding Sky’s mysterious death. Adam and Sharon vehemently denied that Sharon had any responsibility in Sky’s death. They repeated the story about Sharon going to Hawaii to find Sky to bring her back to Genoa City so that she could prove that Adam did not kill her. They told the investigator that he should go and question Victor because he framed Adam and then jetted Sky away to seal his dirty little murder plot.
The investigator promptly went to see Victor at the ranch where Faith was there with Nicholas. Surprised to see the investigator Victor as usual was calm and collected and annoyed that Sharon has been so influenced by Adam that she is going against him.
Sharon and Nick get word that the judge has made a ruling in Nick’s petition for sole custody of Faith; the judge roles that Nick must continue to share custody with Sharon. Sharon and Adam immediately go to Victor’s where Sharon insists that she has come to get her daughter. I know Sharon that you think you are a new and confident woman now but do you really want to take on her ex-father-in-law and long standing defender, Victor Ruthless Newman, really? Next on the Young and the Restless……..
