The new Steve Jobs video has done nothing to calm fears. Since the Steve Jobs video shows him looking “gaunt and frail,” it only adds more questions about his health. When the National Enquirer predicted that he had only six weeks to live, many might have laughed it off. The doctors they talked to had never met the Apple giant, and since the prognosis came from the Enquirer, it was dismissed automatically. But Radar Online’s Steve Jobs video has now made onlookers wonder if the Enquirer was that far off.
Radar Online was near the center of the Enquirer’s accounts last week as well. The site reported that the Apple head was being treated at the same center that Patrick Swayze was before his death. Now, they have an ominous clip of Jobs to go along with it.
The video is said to show the billionaire as “rail-thin” and “stunningly weak.” He has less than perfect balance, as he walks from a café to his car. According to Radar Online, this happened on the same day he was treated at the Stanford Cancer Center.
Beforehand, the only proof to back up the National Enquirer’s headline was a pair of photos. They only showed the Apple CEO from the back, but they were enough to make two doctors tell the Enquirer he had six weeks to live. However, he looked a little better in photos released by the White House, from his dinner with the President and other Silicon Valley leaders last week.
The timing of the video is suspicious, since it came out the day before Apple’s annual shareholders meeting – and two days before Jobs’ birthday. Thanks to these recent rumors, reports and images, the company may now be even more worried about their leader’s future.
There still stands to be a lot of doubt on how ill he really is. He is clearly struggling with a serious problem, but whether it leaves him with weeks to live is rather uncertain. Still, the clip is the most concrete proof yet that he’s in trouble, and comes from a less infamous gossip source than the National Enquirer.
Nevertheless, the Steve Jobs video offers no concrete proof that he’s as ill as the Enquirer says. If this was taken on a day he had treatment, it may be no wonder that he’s not steady. But Radar Online hints that this took place before his treatment, as they say that he had just had breakfast.
The video, combined with the Enquirer headlines, now stands to be the big concern at tomorrow’s shareholders meeting. It is also bound to overshadow his birthday on Thursday, since gossip sites believe it will be his last.
