2 quarts popped popcorn
1/4 cup Smart Balance Buttery Spread
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
Melt the butter. Combine melted butter and spices. Place popped popcorn in a large bowl. Pour mixture over popcorn and stir to coat. Turn oven temperature dial to 350 degrees. Pour seasoned popcorn onto a parchment lined cookie sheet and place into the oven for 10 minutes. Stirring once during cooking. Remove from oven and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Serve. Chili powder can also be added to this recipe. All that is needed is 1/2 teaspoon. There is no need to eliminate any of the other ingredients.

1/4 cup popcorn kernels
1 small can jalapeno peppers
canola oil
Pour canola oil in the bottom of a large pot with a lid. Use enough oil to slightly cover the bottom of the pot. Pour the entire can of jalapeno peppers into the pot. Add popcorn kernels. Cover and let pop just like normal popcorn. When popcorn is popped, remove from heat and salt to taste.
Nutty Popcorn With Curry Recipe
1/2 can mixed nuts
1/2 cup popcorn kernels
2 tablespoons Smart Balance Buttery Spread
1 tablespoons canola oil
1 teaspoons curry powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
In a large pot, add canola oil and popcorn kernels. Turn heat to medium high, cover pot with a lid, and pop kernels. Pour into a large bowl and add nuts. In a small sauce pan, heat curry and butter until it begins to boil. Add salt. Remove from heat. Pour mixture over popcorn and nuts. Stir and enjoy. Store any leftover seasoned popcorn in an airtight container.
