The wallet can be a real pain and we are not talking the money aspect. Keeping your wallet in your back pocket can be a real pain by producing shooting pains down the leg. If you wallet holds a lot of stuff causing it to be rather bulging, it can put your spine out of alignment.
Cheese and wine can bring on those headaches. Those aged cheeses like mozzarella, feta and even Parmesan contain tyramine. It is well noted for its ability to cause headaches and can also be found in processed meats and beverages. Red wine also triggers headaches due to the fact it contains tannis.
Your work space does contain some dangers. Computers and typing can cause overuse injuries. If you spend numerous hours at a desk, check out the setup. A chair that is not positioned correctly can strain your back and give you a pain in the neck. If you type a lot you can be at risk for carpal tunnel.
