National Football League fans of the Washington Redskins, Tennessee Titans, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Seattle Seahawks, Pittsburgh Steelers, Philadelphia Eagles, New York Mets and New York Giants may rejoice in the fact that their team’s offer behind-the-scenes tours of their home stadiums.
Football stadium tours generally come in four different types; those that require advance reservations, those that are for groups only, those that do not require reservations and those that involve a total fan experience.
Total fan experiences may include anything from a stadium lunch to meet and greets with the players. All types of tours are usually arranged through either the stadium’s box office or group sales office.

NFL Football Stadium Tour Descriptions and Links
Fed Ex Field is home to the Washington Redskins. Stadium tours are available year round, by appointment only on Tuesdays, Wednesday and Thursday at 11:00 am. Tour prices are $15 per adult and $10 per child between the ages of 4 through 13. Children less than 4 years of age are gratis.
LP Field is home to the Tennessee Titans. During the months of April and May stadium tours are given to groups of 15 or more people on Tuesdays and Thursdays between the hours of 8:30 am and 1:00 pm. A $1 per person donation is generally requested from each tour participant.
Raymond James Stadium is home to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Stadium tours are given at 2:00 pm on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, year round. Tour prices are $6 per adult and $4 per child between the ages of 6 through 15.
Q West Field is home to the Seattle Seahawks. Stadium tours are given September 1st through August 31st at various times, depending on the season. From September through May the tours are given on Fridays and Saturdays at 12:30 pm and again at 2:30 pm. June through August tours are given twice daily, at 12:30 pm and 2:30 pm. Tour prices are $7 per adult and $5 per child between the ages of 4 through 12.
Heinz Field is home to the Pittsburgh Steelers. Stadium tours are given from April 4th through October 28th, at various times on various days. During the months of April, May, September and October tours are given at once a day on Mondays and Fridays. June through August stadium tours are given twice daily on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Prices are $6.50 per adult and $4 for senior citizens and anyone less than 18 years of age.
Lincoln Financial Field is home to the Philadelphia Eagles. VIP stadium tours are given year round, by appointment. Prices are $10 per adult and $8 for senior citizens and those between the ages of 4 through 18.
The New Meadowlands Stadium is home to both the New York Jets and the New York Giants. The stadium staff offer individual, group and experience tours.
Individual tours of the New Meadowlands Stadium are offered year round on Saturdays at 10:00 am, 1:00 pm and 4:00 pm and cost $15 per adult and free for those less than 6 years of age.
Group Tours of New Meadowlands Stadium are given on Wednesdays at 10:00 am, 1:00 pm and 4:00 pm. Group prices vary per group size.
Experience tours of New Meadowlands Stadium are given year round, Monday through Friday at 10:00 am and again at 1:00 pm. Experience tours are inclusive of the stadium tour as well as tours of the Meadowlands Race Track and IZOD Center.
