If you are new and have not read any of my other fitness articles, then do not worry, I will catch you up quickly. After my girlfriend flat out called my, will an ugly, out-of-shape slob, plus some other things that I do not think Associated Content will allow me to put in print, (I know lovely girl I have), I decided to take a REAL look at myself, and I couldn’t help to notices that she was right. (Once again :) After recovering from the brutal verbal assault my ears took the night before, I knew I need to take action on reversing the out-of-shap slop that I have become, into something better. So like many people I decide to do some research on the ol interwebs, and I came across the INSANITY system.
But I wanted real results, not some fluff program, so I visited a site you may know, it is called The YouTube (Voted number 1, by me) and on the YouTube, I found literally hundreds if not thousands of real people getting real results by using the INSANITY system, at this point I got excited.Lastly I was wondering how in hell I was going to transform in to this ripped peace of eye candy, when I was a fat lazy slop, and do all this in only 60 days.After talking to my friend, who was about to hit day 60 in the Insanity system, he showed me the incredible results he was getting, this removed ALL doubt in my head, and I caved in and got the system.If it was going well for my friend then I should not have any problems with it.
Now I did not want to look, well you know like a muscle jock, I just wanted my girl not to call me a slop. So I softly let my girlfriend know what I have decided to do, the reason I say softly is because I stupidly asked if she wanted to join me, thinking it will be fun to spend some time together. She did not take it that way. (One day I will learn) Ok I will stop talking about me and get straight into the INSANITY system and how it works. Okay first thing is first.
If you are a quitter or (a more scientific term) a sissies, then this system will kick your ass quickly.So if the thought of having painfully sore muscles 7 days a week and all you think about is quitting the system, the stop reading this article and have another beer. I mean it, do not bother to continue to read this article and do something else. I just do not want you to try something that is not right for you. And if you are deceiving to try the system, please do not blame your wife/husband/friends or anybody else.
I say this because I have been through the system, and I notice that my aggravation level jumped, and I do not want you lashing out on others because of it. Also on the other hand (damn how many hands do you got) please do not cry over the way you look, there is a good saying you did not get fat in one day , so it will take more than 60 days. Some people have taken the challenge more than once. So if you are tough enough to do this, then it is time to man up and start to really get in shape, and lesson one is No Pain, No Gain . There is not any magic solution, you want to be fit, then sweet for it, hard work is key and keeping an eye on want you are feeding your body.
It is time to change, this is not fantasy land, really take a look at it and pure your entire heart into it. (just do not let your girl know it) I am being serious here.The INSANITY workout method will force you to change your entire life, everything from setting aside an hour of your time per day, too the things you eat. But by the end you will have earned more muscle, endurance, balance and flexibility. Pushing yourself to your bodies limit is sweaty and stinky work, do not try to fool yourself on that.
A good way to stay in the game is to put in place a support group, you can do this by evolving others or simply by uploading your video progress on the YouTubes. Believe you me, after you break the point where exercising becomes a part of you, there is a whole new world for you to discover, so take the INSANITY journey and learn more about yourself then you ever thought possible.
