Peanut butter, crushed nuts, chocolate chips, honey and some powdered milk. Shape into bars and cover in crushed graham crackers and put in the refrigerator for a few hours. While this treat will taste wonderful, it is packed with protein from the peanut butter and nuts, and the honey adds even more protein as well as many vitamins and minerals. A fun thing to do with younger children is to make a batch one day a week, and then let the child form their own bars and pick which shape they want to eat each day.
