The defense of the Green Bay Packers has been steady all season long. They are holding opposing running backs 112 yards but have been hit hard on occasion by a strong running back. Peterson ran for 131 yards earlier in the season and Michael Turner knocked off 112 yards in the Atlanta Falcons win.
Clay Mathews is spark of this Green Bay Packers defense and the front seven has been one of the best in the NFL season. Corner play has been solid also with Charles Woodson playing as one of the best cover corners in the NFL. The Green Bay Packers are holding opposing quarterbacks to just over 200 yards per game.
