I have inordinately dry skin. Since I’m also a nut about germs, I usually use hand sanitizers with alcohol. Unfortunately, that often makes the dryness even worse.
However, recently I saw an ad for Gold Bond Ultimate Hand Sanitizer & Moisturizer Lotion. It promised to kill 99.99% of the germs on the skin without using alcohol. So I decided to give it a try. I am so glad that I did.
While I don’t have the equipment to examine my skin to make sure the product kills all of the germs it claims to, I do know one thing. My hands have never felt better, softer or less cracked and painful. I attribute that to the seven hydrating moisturizers and five essential vitamins provided within this wonderful product.
The primary active ingredient in Gold Bond Ultimate Hand Sanitizer & Moisturizer Lotion is benzthonium chloride. It also contains aloe barbadensis leaf juice, ascorbic acid, behentrimonium methosulfate, benzyl alcohol, butylene glycol, chamomilla recucita flower extract, cetyl alcohol, cholecalciferol, cocamidopopyl PG-dimondium chloride phosphate and corn oil.
The product also contains dimethicone, distearyldimonium chloride, DMDM hydantoin, ethylthexylglycerin, ethylhexyl palmitate, fragrance, glycerin, glyceryl laurate, hydroxyethyl urea, jojo esters, methyl gluceth 20 and octyldodecanol. Additionally, it has panthenol, PEG-8 dimethicone, petrolatum, phytonandione, potassim chloride, potassium hydroxide, propylparaben, propxyhydroxypropyl thiosulfate silica, shea butter extract, silica, sodium steareth 21, tocopheryl acetate and water.
To use Gold Bond Ultimate Hand Sanitizer & Moisturizer Lotion, thoroughly dampen hands with the product. Rub them together to even disperse the product throughout the skin. Gold Bond Ultimate Hand Sanitizer & Moisturizer Lotion can be used as often as needed by adults. However, the product is not recommended for infants or other children under the age of six.
Do not use Gold Bond Ultimate Hand Sanitizer & Moisturizer Lotion around the eyes. If it is used on the face and inadvertently gets into the eyes, rinse thoroughly for 10 minutes. If the eyes are still irritated, then call a physician as quickly as possible or report to an ER facility.
If the product is ingested, contact the local poison control center for instructions. If that isn’t possible, then go to an ER facility for assistance.
Gold Bond Ultimate Hand Sanitizer & Moisturizer Lotion is made for external use only and should not be put into body orifices, cuts or wounds. This could result in infection or worse.
