But is this extract still safe for dieters? Here are some of its possible side effects:
– Decreased iron absorption
– Increase in anxiety
– Changes in blood sugar
– Increased blood pressure (for those with high blood pressure)
These effects are commonly seen in people who drink caffeinated coffee. Because this extract contains less caffeine, it may be safer.
Is Fiber Full Safe?
Used appropriately, Fiber Full may be safe, but this isn’t a guarantee. People with certain health conditions, such as untreated anxiety or a heart arrhythmia, may have problems taking Fiber Full safely. Fiber Full is not safe for pregnant women because it contains CA.
