This guide will cover the DC Universe Online Against the HIVE Investigation. Investigations are made up of a series of collectible objectives known as holographic tokens, which usually offer an award for completing the collection, as well as telling a part of the ongoing story. DC Universe Online Against the HIVE 1/6 – HIVE Swarmer Training Manual
The first token in the investigation set is found on the northeast corner of the city block that the Metropolis Credit Union sits on. The credit union is not marked on the map, but it is NE of Metropolis Metrodome, has a unique sideways shape to it, and several signs with its name. The token will be sitting on the grass near HIVE soldiers, but far enough away to be out of aggro.
HIVE Swarmer Training Manual message: “Hive Mind transmission. Primary training mandate. Swarm them!”
DC Universe Online Against the HIVE 2/6 – Korllian Flyer Navigation Matrix
Picturing the Metropolis Metrodome as though it were a clock with the north point being 12, you will want to check the ground near the 4 o’clock position for some crashed ruble near the fence. You will find this token here.
Korllian Flyer Navigation Matrix message: “HIVE Mind transmission. Navigation matrix 12-26 is offline!”
DC Universe Online Against the HIVE 3/6 – HIVE Drone Armor Plating
Again using the Metrodome as a clock, check the 7:30 position on the roof of the Metrodome itself, you will find this token right next to some damaged structure. There will be some HIVE troops nearby, so watch for aggro here.
HIVE Drone Armor Plating message: “HIVE Mind transmission. Drones discard armor plating for upgrades.”
DC Universe Online Against the HIVE 4/6 – Mind – Suppressing Neural Device
Within the Metropolis Metrodome instance, the Mind – Suppressing Neural Device will be located at the far end of the first room with engaging several drones. This room has a walkway going above it and some drones that float down.
Mind – Suppressing Neural Device message: ” HIVE Mind transmission. Ensure neural devices always function at optimal parameters. “
DC Universe Online Against the HIVE 5/6 – HIVE Stinger Targeting Reticule
In the Metropolis Metrodome instance, check to the left of the hallway you are in, right before entering the room where you must deactivate the force field. The HIVE Stinger Targeting Reticule will be tucked away in a little nook.
HIVE Stinger Targeting Reticule message: ” HIVE Mind transmission. Target acquired. Sting them!”
DC Universe Online Against the HIVE 6/6 – Zazzala’s Deployment Plan
In the Metropolis Metrodome instance, before the very end where you exit the instance, look to the tight of the exit and you will see the Zazzala’s Deployment plan token sitting around in the open.
Zazzala’s Deployment Plan message: ” HIVE Mind transmission. The Queen commands us.”
