With all of the exaggerated stories we hear about Charlie Sheen, it is really difficult to find the
truth. Especially when the media edits their footage to show unflattering extreme close- ups and the quick news feeds on television, newspapers and in magazine clips.
I have always enjoyed “Two and a Half Men” for its refreshing openness about life,
sometimes a bit shocking but the writers never went overboard and were always in good taste.
The show was a depiction of the life of a handsome playboy womanizer, perhaps mirroring Charlie’s own real life. They kept the laughs continuing throughout the show’s eight exceptionally successful years.
Getting back to the “real life” story whether Charlie was ranting and raving or was this the justified reaction of a man who felt he was wronged by the network?
Charlie is a colorful man who knows what he wants and how to get it. Determined to right the wrongs he felt, Charlie attacks taking on the form of a Superman character, the hero of his own saga. Regular folks may become just as angry as Charlie, but they seek satisfaction through the courts.
Being fired from CBS is a serious situation and Charlie Sheen is not going to take it! Carried away by his anger, Charlie is taking his show on the road- “Charlie Sheen Live: My Violent Torpedo of Truth” with his first appearance in Chicago, on April 2, then Detroit. This self-promoted show may provide the public with some answers.
Since we do not know the whole story, who said what, only Charlie, CBS, and Warner Bros TV know that. Their next confrontation will occur if the network chooses another star to replace Charlie.
For the sake of “Two and a Half Men”, the cast, writers, everyone who has made it so great, and, of course, the fans,
Good Luck, hoping everybody can settle this storm at a calmer time.
Successful and talented with a deserved sense of accomplishment, Charlie is content to live life his way even though it almost killed him. Seeing a gifted actor tear his life apart is very upsetting. At only 45, Charlie has so much more to enjoy in life, so many more achievements to experience.
Whatever is happening in Charlie Sheen’s life, he has made the Guiness World Record book twice with the “Fastest Person to reach 1 Million Followers” on TWITTER and another Guinness record for the “Highest Paid TV Actor Per Episode ‘” Current” at over $1.50 million.
