It’s your job to find the bottles of Nom juice hidden throughout the game environment in Epic Games’ latest masterpiece, Bulletstorm. If you want all of that sweet gamer score, you may just have to stray off the path of sobriety and drink that Nom until you here the sound of chirping achievements. There are 45 bottles of Nom Juice laying around waiting for you to chug down or smash into the ground.
To get unlock Straight Edge achievement you must shoot at least 20 bottles of Nom Juice. Space Pirate can be unlocked by slurping down 20 of the 45 bottles of Nom Juice. You can choose to reload checkpoints when you come across the bottles, so you can drink and smash the bottles; cutting back your playing time by half basically. It makes achievement hunting so much easier, but you will have joined the cheaters club if you do this. It’s okay, I am a proud member!
What’s more refreshing than a finely aged bottle of Nom Juice? The feeling of sobriety and the rush you get when you blast away those hidden bottles of fermented Nom into smithereens! Here’s where you can find those bottles of Nom. Whether you decide to drink them, or not is up to you! Drink a bottle and you will get extra points for your kill combos. Stay sober and get 200 points for shooting it!
Act 2: 10 Bottles of Nom On The Wall…
Get funky and head into the Retro Sound Dance club. When you enter the club, you will see that there are 2 Bottles of Nom Juice sitting on a table there. Drink them or shoot them, then head to the back of the club. It’s dark in there, but you’ll be okay. Look around and you will find 2 more Bottles of Nom Juice!
The Party here is over and you can now leave the club and head to the room with the low ceilings and a bunch of crates. You will know that you have made it when you are attacked by enemies, not to mention the bottle of Nom Juice in the back corner of the room, on the table in between the two smoker’s chairs. Now turn around and look through those steel bars. Behind those bars is yet another Bottle of Nom Juice!
Head from here, to the cafe-like area, where you will run into the next immediate News bot. You can hear these things from a mile away, so you can’t miss it. On one of the cafe tables is a Bottle of Nom Juice. Once you have it, head to the rooftops where you need to kick that piece of sheet metal. Go ahead and kick it, then turn around to find the Nom Juice.
Fight on until you have escaped from the Megaton and head up the ladder where you will find a Drop Kit and the next Bottle of Nom Juice. While you are here there is another bottle behind the gates in the back of the room. You can not drink this one however, but you can shoot it!
Act 3: 6 Bottles of Nom On The Wall…
The first Bottle of Nom you will find in Act 3 is across from the Drop Kit in the Garage, in the beginning of the first chapter. Once you have that one you can carry on through your adventure until you pass another Drop Kit. When you reach the dock area you notice a Bottle of Nom laying on the pier for you to do with as you please! Right in the same area you find a building with yet another Bottle of Nom. Look on the windowsill in this building and it will be there. When you find yourself at the lounge area, resist the temptation to tickle some ivory on the piano. On the table past the piano is the last Bottle of Nom in Act 3: Chapter 1.
Chapter 2 starts and you find yourself entering a reactor area. To find the next bottle, head into the darkness of the hallway on your left and it will be laying at your feet when you look down. When you get outside and encounter wrecked ship in the courtyard area, you will see the last Bottle of Nom on the table.
Act 4: 8 More Bottles of Nom Juice On The Wall…But You Only Get 5
It’s a good thing you will be heading into the the medical tents to look for the next Bottle of Nom Juice, because you will be in for another fight with the nasty Skulls. Finish them off and find the tent with the hidden Bottle of Nom Juice sitting on the ground. Finish the Chapter and head towards the very first Drop kit, where you can find another Bottle of Nom Juice.
Once the cut scene happens and Ishi is taken, you need to go down some stairs to continue your quest, but you want to check the benches around the entrance to the stairs first to grab the Bottle of Nom Juice, sitting around waiting for you. Now head to where you battle the Banshee and check the benches in this area as well to find yet another Bottle of Nom Juice, and you will almost be able to hear the Trophy or Achievement pop up on your screen. One more and it’s all yours. You can find the prize near a bench when you come across another Drop kit later in the Chapter.
You only need 20 Bottles of Nom Juice to get the “Straight Edge” and “Space Pirate” rewards so I have only included 21 Bottles of Nom Juice in this friendly guide. How appropriate for the situation too. Hope this helps and good luck finding the rest. For more of a challenge, make sure you try to destroy all of the News Bots for more gamer score!
